• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Some products ship out in 1-4 business days if available on hand, while others take 2-3 weeks due to them being custom made upon order. If you need rush shipping just let us know and we will help you out!

• When can I expect my shipment

  We ship First Class unless the order passes weight requirements, then your order will be shipped Priority.

  All US shipments are shipped with delivery confirmation.

  International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International and may take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to arrive. When an international order is shipped, the tracking information on USPS will only be updated while the package is in the US. After it leaves the US, tracking information will not be updated on the USPS website. If you would like your package to be traceable to delivery, let us know and we can update the shipping cost. We will not refund orders before the 6 weeks have passed.

If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
